1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by A2Z Millwork Design LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

A2Z Millwork Design LLC provides professional millwork shop drawings, CAD drafting, Cabinet Vision drawings, Microvellum drawings, CNC machining support, 3D rendering, estimation, software training, dedicated drafting teams, contract manufacturing support, and AWI QCP assistance services. All services are subject to project-specific agreements and scopes of work.

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each project will be governed by a separate scope of work document that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Changes to the scope of work may require additional time and cost adjustments. We will communicate any changes in writing before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all shop drawings, CAD files, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. Our proprietary templates, libraries, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of A2Z Millwork Design LLC. You may not redistribute or resell our proprietary tools or processes.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All project information, drawings, and specifications shared with us will be treated as confidential. We are willing to execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements as part of their employment.

7. Quality Assurance

All deliverables undergo our 3-level quality control process. We strive to meet AWI and AWMAC standards as applicable. We offer revisions as specified in individual project agreements. If deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will correct them at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Millwork Design LLC's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. It is the client's responsibility to verify all dimensions, specifications, and details before fabrication.

9. Revisions & Changes

The number of included revisions will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. All revision requests should be submitted in writing with clear markups or annotations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. All deliverables completed prior to termination will be provided to the client upon full payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas.
