About our company?
We are a group of Engineers, Drafters, Architect, and some Business Developers with vast years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Architectural Millwork Industry.
We have 30+ on-staff drafters.
We are fully capable of following the American Woodworking Institute (AWI) Standards or Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada(AWMAC) for Millwork Drafting/Shop drawings.

We have clients from more than 40+ states from the US and Canada like California, Massachusetts, Ontario, Tennessee, Texas, etc.

We typically ask for the following info to work.
  • Past sample work for reference in CAD (If available).
  • Specs. Sheet: Showing complete details about Material grade, Finishing Schedule, Hardware details, and additional information.
  • Scope Sheet: Showing the scope of work and areas to work upon.


Rate Plan :

  • Project basis: We study the architectural drawings provided by our clients and quote a price based on detailed work, lead time required, standards, and the quality of input files from clients.
  • Manpower basis: Similarly, some clients prefer setting up the remote studio by hiring our manpower for some time (Half-yearly and Annually). Single manpower can be hired at starting from US $2000 per month (T&C) , where it is estimated that the hired manpower will be working 22 days X 8 hours per month. We call it the Remote Studio/ Retainer Model or Rollover package.


Rate Plan : Lead time/ Turn-A-Round time depends on Project. For each project, we provide an ETA that requires the client's approval, and then we proceed.

With payment, does that include the CAD files after completion? Will you invoice me for these, or how does that work?
  • Yes, with the payment, the CAD files are also included.
  • Yes, we will be sending you an Invoice for the project.
Do prices include client revisions?

Yes, this includes One Final draft and two sets of Internal Revisions. Revised and Resubmit will be charged extra, and we also have Kickoff, Redlines, and QC, which we do with all our clients' projects.
(10 to11 Hours of work in R&R will be free of cost)

Do prices cover any markups or comments we may provide upon review?

Our Estimate Includes 3 sets of Internal Redlines And 10% of total hours for Revised and Resubmit Work for Architectural Changes. Any extra work will be charged.

Do you have any Millwork agent that has the capacity for detailing?

Yes, We have.

Can you be more specific about the remote studio? For example, is this taking place in North America?
Our Remote Studio plan/Rollover plan in which we offer our clients to hire one of our employees who are best suited for their work, and in that, we charge starting USD 2500/month and provide around 160 hours of service. It works similarly, but the bill is on a monthly basis. Also, If there are any leftover hours in any month, it gets added up to the coming month.
This plan will overcome all your issues related to Quality, Pricing, ETA, and Email response.
What would be your maximum capacity approximately on a weekly basis? For example, were we to task 2 Tim Horton's and 1 Starbucks, would the lead times noted be held?

We have 11 AutoCAD experienced drafters, 4 as Solidworks Modelers, 3 Microvellum, 3 Cabinet Vision, 1 Sketchup, 1 2020 Kitchen Design, 5 Business Developers, and 2 QC Incharge. Still, we cannot assure you of their availability as they are generally busy hence suggesting the Remote Studio Model. In that case, they are available every time to do your projects. If you need more people, we can assign them to your project.

Most importantly, what is your quality guarantee? We have had situations with an external shop drawing vendors in the past, unfortunately making very costly errors.

I want to assure you about quality from our side as there are many outsourcing firms like us, but we are the only company with 3 levels of QC. So we can say that we have people from almost every outsourcing firm in India, which is why we know how they work. Self QC, Peer QC, and finally Master QC. If you want, we will also be submitting the QC checklist for each project.

Are you based in Las Vegas?

We are located and operate in India, but we have our office and company Registered in the US, too, as it's easy for our clients to submit a 1099 (Taxation laws for Freelancers, Contractors, Vendors, and Service Providers) form for taxation purposes. Our Las Vegas address is registered as a USPS address only for mailing purposes as we needed it for registration purposes.
