We provide an estimate before each project stage. You pay only what is quoted—our standard payment terms: 50% deposit and 50% upon completing each step. We never charge hourly fees, as we believe you should only pay for the result. Initial consultations are always free.
Developing a product from scratch can take between days to weeks, depending on the complexity, availability of resources, etc. Before we start working on your project, we'll put together a product development plan where you'll find all the timeframes for all development phases and stages.
Here are a few examples to provide you with a better idea of how quick we are:
Prior project info and study – Hours or Days depends on the length of projects
Concept design – 5days as per the complexity
2D Drafting – 4 days approx. as per the size of the project
3D Modeling – 1 week as per the level of details and quality expected
Realistic Rendering – 1 day as per the lighting and camera effects.
After reviewing your Architectural Design, Sketch, Requirements, and developing a clear understanding of your goals, we will define and discuss the best way to achieve them. Here is a map of our Submittal/Shop Drawing development process.
We generally use AutoCAD for 2D Drafting (Millwork Shop Drawings), Solidworks for 3D Modeling and part cut-list with BOM,3Ds Max, Renderer and Key Shot for Realistic Rendering, Google Sketchup for Initial Sketch or rough layout,
We also use other software like Kitchen2020, Cabinet Vision, and Microvellum on Clients Request.
We specialize in architectural Millwork Shop Drawings/AWI or WI Submittal, Part list, or Cut list of material with Bill of Material using software like Solidworks, Realistic Rendering.
Yes, we do provide 3 Sets of Internal Revisions/Markups for free of Cost; any Architectural Markup from Client's Client like Architect or GC are charged nominally.

Everything we would agree on, we provide a full spectrum of product development-related services to deliver a turnkey solution or just a part of your project.
If your goal is licensing your idea, we would typically provide you with 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and photorealistic renderings along with a sell sheet so you could present your product idea to potential licensees. Optionally, we can also create 3D animations and VR (virtual reality), BOM (Bill of material), and prototypes.
All the deliverables will be outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW); we'll prepare for you before starting a project.
